1. Are the Elf bars sold by V4W authentic?

All Elf bars offered by V4W are authentic, and all products have unique QR codes, including the small box for each product, the pack box for every 10 products, and the master carton.

2. Can V4W provide a sample QR code to be scanned for verification?

Yes, of course, but we don’t offer it to customers who are not sure about purchasing yet, because each QR code can only be scanned once, and the second scan will indicate that the serial number has already been scanned, we have more than 100 customers a day with this idea, but the QR code that has already been scanned cannot be sold, which leads us to waste a lot of samples, in short, when you decide to buy or have already payment, we will give you a sample product for you to scan to verify that we are selling a genuine product.

3. Can V4W ship the Elf bar to my country?

This is based on your country’s policy. However, we can ship to most European countries including: Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Poland, Croatia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Denmark, Sweden, Austria, France, Bulgaria, Latvia, Greece, Ireland, Portugal, Spain and Hungary.
We will ship it to Belgium firstly, and after customs clearance in Belgium, we will ship to Germany, and then UPS Express will pick up the goods in Germany and complete the back-end delivery. This channel includes customs clearance services, which means you do not need to deal with customs clearance process.

4. How long will it take for V4W to deliver my shipment?

Before shipping: We need 2-7 business days to process your order, depending on the number of products in your order.
After shipment: It depends on your country, after we ship, for example to European countries it takes 12-15 days to be picked up by UPS Germany, after pick up delivery will take 2~3 days.5. Can V4W provide samples before I place an official order?
